The Micro Abattoir

 


The construction is completed and the abattoir is operating.  The first kill was on March 22, 2017

Grant Kelly, owner of Columbia Valley Meat and Sausage Co. has leased the premises and is in charge of all aspects of the operation.

His contract stipulates that he must kill beef, swine, sheep and goats.
